Fighting Destiny officially went live on Tuesday, September 26th. I really was feeling like I dropped the ball on this one. I didn’t do enough, or even as much as I have been for other releases. BUT, WOW, is all I can say. It released with a bang despite my waning efforts. I think I spent most of the week walking around in a daze of shock. It was that great! Thank you to each and everyone of you that have read and bought Fighting Destiny, and those of you that will in the future. I love my readers and you guys are simply the BEST!

OTM continues to thrive. Both books are currently parked in the top 1000 of all paid Amazon books! That’s just, WOW, unbelievable really. If someone had forewarned me just 5 months ago, I would have probably peed my pants laughing. But here we are. What a ride it’s been!

So, what’s next?

Let’s see, I’m finishing up book 3 in the Westin Pack this week. That’s not Lily’s story, as many of you have contacted me to inquire about. If you’ve read or are reading Fighting Destiny, don’t forget to keep scrolling for a sneak peek of the first 2 chapters of book 3, which I do believe finally has a name! Forever Mine will be Liam’s story, and I’m telling you, I think it’s my favorite in the whole series. It hasn’t been an easy story to write, and I cannot wait to share it with you all. Right now it’s penciled in for January 16th, but if everything aligns just right, it may be out sooner. I’ll keep you posted.

As book 3 of the Westin Pack heads off to editing, my focus is shifting back to Compounders for awhile. I have roughly half of book 3 in the Compounders series, called SEDITION written already, and will begin revisiting and beginning completion of that book this week. I’m excited to spend some time with Holly and the squad. As soon as Sedition is completed, I’ll be working on a sub series of the Compounders called the Compounders Survivalist Series. While it could expand further in the future, right now it’s slated for 4 novellas. Each book will focus on a character from the Compunders series, set at the time of the US societal collapse and how each of them survived without the protection of the bunker that Holly and the original Compounders had. I’m really excited about this project!

So that’s where I’m at in writing. Personally? LIfe is good right now. No, I haven’t quit my day job. With the success of Westin Pack, I seem to be getting hit up a lot with that question. For the record, I have no plans to quit working anytime soon.
